Marketing and Development Interns (2 different positions)

Type of employment: Part-time

Pay: Unpaid, but stipend for local travel

Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week (maximum of 40 hours per week)

Job function: Assist in planning and carrying out fundraising

Qualifications: The company is looking for people with the following characteristics and skills: computer literate, organized, good writing skills, motivated, with an effective telephone speaking voice.

Position Description: The Lar Lubovitch Dance Company is an internationally-renowned not-for-profit modern dance company now celebrating its 37th anniversary season. The company’s mission is to create, perform and teach dances choreographed by Lar Lubovitch. The intern will assist management in planning and marketing the company’s annual season in New York, featuring the world premiere of a new dance.
