Director of Development (and Marketing)

The Lar Lubovitch Dance Company (now celebrating its 40th anniversary) seeks a full-time director of development to oversee and coordinate all aspects of fundraising - including corporate, foundation, government and individual relationships. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in non-profit management or fundraising, demonstrated skills in donor research and cultivation, and a proven track record of successful fundraising. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in communication (both verbal and written) and will work well as a team member in an internationally respected organization. Desirable traits include familiarity with the local and national arts funding systems and a passion for dance. Salary is commensurate with experience and abilities.
